The Petřín Hill Observation Tower & Mirror Maze

About The Petřín Hill Observation Tower & Mirror Maze

The tower and maze were originally built in 1891, by the Czech Tourist Club, for the General Land Centennial exhibition. The tower consists of 299 stairs and is 63 meters tall. Previously the tower was used as a TV transmission tower, however today it is used as a lookout tower and a tourist attraction. At the Mirror Maze vistors can walk through a maze of mirrors, see central hall that features a battle between the residents of Prague and the Swedes in 1648, and entertain themselves with mirrors that make people look distorted.
